Meet Dr. Grishma Shah, PT, DPT, OCS
Grishma Shah is a highly skilled and compassionate physical therapist who brings a unique blend of expertise in both orthopedic and pelvic health. She holds a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from the esteemed Maharaja Sayajirao University in India and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago. As a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), she specializes in treating a range of conditions including repetitive stress injuries, complex orthopedic injuries, post-operative care following sports-related procedures, and postural abnormalities.
Dr. Shah’s journey into pelvic health began after experiencing firsthand the challenges many women face within the healthcare system, particularly during childbirth. Realizing the lack of awareness and support around pelvic health, she made it her mission to serve women during and beyond the perinatal phase. Today, she integrates her passion for orthopedics with a focus on pelvic health, providing personalized, holistic care for each of her patients.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Shah enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons. Her personal interests include practicing yoga, cooking, baking, hiking, and traveling with her family. She is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, staying connected with the latest advancements in physical therapy to provide the best care for her patients.

We provide clients with a super-bill to submit for reimbursement from their insurance plan. It is the client’s responsibility to determine if they have out-of-network benefits and to learn what is needed to apply for reimbursement.
